The Niviqure App requires Bluetooth and Location permissions solely to discover and communicate with Niviqure ECT and EEG hardware. No physical location tracking is performed.
The app collects EEG and ECT medical records from connected hardware devices. This data is stored locally on the user's device or SD card for clinical review and is not transmitted to external servers by the application.
Users have complete control over their recorded medical data and can delete any record at any time using the file management features within the app.
Data stored on the device is used only for display and reporting purposes within the application.
